    We had a wonderful stay at Shin-Osaka Station hotel. Hotel reception staff service was exceptional as they were helpful and responsive. The room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend others to visit when in Osaka!

    Shin-Osaka Hotel is in a super convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station via the JR East Exit. The hotel has a few sister buildings, Classico, Fiore, and Treno: and we stayed at Fiore, which is only about 30 meters from the main building. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall. Being close to the station does mean you can hear some train noise, but it usually quiets down after around 12:30am and starts again from about 5:00am. The surrounding area is mostly residential, so it’s generally calm and peaceful, especially in the evenings.
