    There are three different properties under this name, all next to each other. Breakfast is located in the main building. The rooms are small but don't feel cramped. On-site laundry worked well. The lobby has a lot of unused space, they should look into utilizing it more, instead of having a closing time on what amounts to little more than a picnic table. It's close enough to the station to get to/from with luggage and you pass a Lawsons along the way for convivence. Being so close to the station does mean it starts to get noisy around 0600, so bring earplugs.

    8mins walking distance from Shin‑Osaka Station, with a Lawson and a fast‑food place on the way. Staff are polite, respectful, and can speak English. Breakfast is good and served from 7–10 AM. Like many hotels in Japan, the hallway space is narrow, so a 24‑inch suitcase can’t fully open on the floor. There are no USB charging ports, so bring a power adapter. You don’t need to insert the room card to keep the electricity on, but remember to take your key whenever you leave. Hot and cold water are free to refill on Level 1, which is a nice bonus.

    We had a wonderful stay at Shin-Osaka Station hotel. Hotel reception staff service was exceptional as they were helpful and responsive. The room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend others to visit when in Osaka!
