Not going back to this one

Location was great, right on the beach. The single bed was a big one, so my legs did not stuck out. It was surprisingly comfortable too. Some staff were nice.

I asked online and again when i arrived, and again the next day to have a late check out, and they kept saying that they would confirm later. And on the morning of my check, which I was about to go do a triathlon at 11, they then tell me that I need to check out by 10....I was really angry, and finally after having a heated discussion with them, they still made me clear out, but let me put my stuff in another room so i could shower later. They kicked me out of my first room because someone was trying to book a room that morning. So instead of telling this person to perhaps check in a little later, they tought to kick me out was the best solution, even though I kept telling them from my booking time that I will NEED a late check out. And when it was time to leave, the parking lot was about 2km away, and nobody offered me help to carry all my stuff their. They have a golf cart to help people around.

The location is great on the beach and that is what they are selling.

Common areas and dining areas were quite nice. Great proximity to shopping, marina, beach and old castle.

Das beste am Hotel ist die Lage direkt am Strand

Das beste ist die wunderbare Aussicht auf Strand und Meer! Reservierte Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme für Gäste des Hotels am Privatstrand, werden von Francesco jeden Tag bereitgestellt! Ein Abenteuer ist auch der Transfer vom Hotel zum Privatparkplatz mit der Ape.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Zimmer sind zwar renoviert worden, doch hätte man etwas mehr in den Schallschutz investieren können! Extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort vom Korridor und auchwenn der Nachbar aufs Klo geht. Ausserdem knallen die Zimmertüren ziemlich stark, Türschliesser könnte man auch einstellen! Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren teilweise schon ziemlich überreif, besonders die Orangen. Auch die Hotel eigenen Fahrräder waren teilweise kaputt oder platt.

Lage zum Strand, Zimmerausstattung, alles war sehr neuwertig, das Frühstück war super, der Shuttle zum Parkplatz, dass es Parkplätze gab, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück direkt am Strand ist toll

Klassisches Hotel am Strand

Klassisch schöne Lage unmittelbar am Strand. Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Leihfahrräder sind kostenlos verfügbar. Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr freundlich und kompetent. Parkplatz im Preis enthalten, man wird vom Parkplatz mit einem Tuktuk (witzig) zum Hotel gefahren. Frühstück grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

In der Dusche ist nicht wenig Schimmel!! Beim Frühstück war es nicht möglich, ein Spiegelei zu erhalten, eine Eierspeise dann aber schon.

Bella vacanza con tante possibilità di visitare i dintorni oltre che per il mare.

La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro di Castiglione ma soprattutto la spiaggia privata davanti all'albergo è un plus. Buona La colazione, gentile tutto il personale, anche le donne delle pulizie. L'unico piccolo neo sono i bagni, in ordine ma un po' datati.
