Excellent location to enjoy the beaches and restaurants of castiglione della Pescaia, and to drive to other nearby beaches and ports. The hotel has free car parking about 10min walk from the hotel. Lovely hotel room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Very clean room and bathroom and useful kitchen facilities. Could have done with more coat-hangers in the wardrobe, and they probably would have provided some if we'd bothered to ask! Thank you!!!

The staff at the hotel were great I would give them 5 stars The hotel not so much it appeared rundown badly in need of a renovation the carpets had obviously become stretched and had bunched up in places a possible trip hazard Lights were not working in some places flickering on and off

Late-ish booking so had room in annex (immediately adjacent to main hotel), which may have been a little cheaper. Room a little tired, but clean and comfortable. I suspect that the rooms in main part of hotel are more modern.
