Ok hotel, but the advertisement of the rooftop terrace is overrated. Ok breakfast. Location is central and you can walk to the beaches and the restaurants. Rooms are basic and ok. Good aircondition during summer

The hotel is older but very well maintained. Easy walk to anything in town: cafe, restaurant, castle, beaches, shopping and churches. Lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast could have more cold options like fruit and vegetables.

This is a great hotel for many reasons. Service is efficient and friendly, central location close to the beaches on both sides of the canal, as well as restaurants and the attractions of the town. Washroom is very clean and is very well equipped; way better than most hotels of this category. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a good hotel reasonably priced right in the centre . Easy walk to shops and restaurants. My room had a balcony that over looked the river / harbours. Breakfast was good and fresh

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only slight negative was the service at breakfast seemed to be rationed, particularly the hot offering (scrambled egg and a very limited supply of bacon). Guests had to continually ask for everything to be topped up. In general though the hotel was great and we were definitely return.

This hotel is right alongside the harbour edge and has prime position. The front rooms have balconies overlooking the water and although it is not palacial it is all very nice. We were very happy.

It is quite some years ago this hotel could call themselves a 4 star hotel. Say 30 years ago.. The hotel generally lacks the standard of a 4 star hotel and the beds must be the least comfortable in Italy. On the positive side the staff is very friendly, cleaning is good and the location of the hotel is perfect.

The hotel was good in itself but the cold-nearing-unfriendly service at the front desk made the experience a little unpleasant overall. The hotel is kind of dated and beware of the promise of "free parking" -- IT IS NOT TRUE: the hotel doesn't even have a parking lot: by "free" they meant, "free street parking". That was really misleading, they should specify, as this was one of our selling points. Also, they told us that the breakfast was going to be served until 10:30am, but when we got there at 10am, the lady cleaning up said that it was over. So, inaccurate information. The breakfast looked kind of bad in any case, but it was just misinformation after misinformation.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything in the town center . However , It's not a 4 star hotel, that's for sure. It probably was, years ago. This hotel is in need of a major remodeling job. Very dated. The staff is very nice and helpful , wifi is free.Full buffet style Breakfast ( included in our rate ) was great and served on the roof top with great views. Free parking is available a few blocks away , the room we had was very quiet and we were able to really get a good rest .For the price we paid this hotel was fine , all the other hotels in the area are way more expensive and offers nothing . I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for two nights and generally enjoyed the experience. The breakfast buffet was not very extensive and not topped up during service so that if something had run out, that was it. The room was comfortable, clean and well supplied with towels. The biggest problem if touring is that the hotel does not have its own carpark and there is rarely a space on the street outside, so the public carpark 150 metres away is the only option.

The L'Approdo was fine for our purposes - it was clean and in a good location on the harbour and close to both the beach and the centre of town. However, I would say that it is closer to 2 star than 4 star in terms of decor and the room generally (for example a 14" portable TV in the room) , and we therefore felt that it was quite over priced. The breakfast was not bad though, and the resort itself was lovely.
