About this villa rental
Located in beautiful downtown Chatfield (Chosen Valley). This beautiful 2nd floor loft has been totally renovated. Installed a new walk-in shower in bath in January 2022.
THIS IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM.
Downtown living just steps from the shops, bars & restaurants in town. Chatfield also has quaint little shops for those fun afternoons with the girls. Enjoy sunny days on your own private rooftop deck and hot tub. All amenities are included. Whether its a girl's weekend or biking in Lanesboro with the family, this will sure to be a great retreat!!
UPDATE: Our loft is cleaned & disinfected between each guest stay for everyone's health & safety. Dawn will send door code day before checkin.

The time & effort the owner put into decorating the loft doesn’t go unnoticed. The charm and character of this beautiful loft speaks for its self, the moment you walk in the door. We are looking forward to visiting this area again and will definitely be staying here.

The loft was exactly as it appeared online. The space was clean and inviting and the hot tub was perfect for the fall weather and watching the sunset from the rooftop.

Great things:
Nice hot tub/deck space. Nice layout with roku connected tv. Great restaurant across the street. Nice hosts.
A few not great things:
Tub was rather unwelcoming & needs to be replaced (my companion refused to use it because of the condition). We found toothpaste with hair on the vanity upon arrival. Approx 4-5 light bulbs were burned out throughout. Advertised that one day minimum vacancy between guests, but after paying we were notified a guest would be leaving a couple hours prior to our arrival. Received two different codes & two different parking instructions which overcomplicated a simple matter.
Overall just ok if you are heading to chatfield and need a 2 bedroom place.
