About this house rental
This home is conveniently located in central Rochester, one mile away from downtown Mayo Clinic. This is the perfect place for professional travelers, patients of the clinic, families traveling to the area or individuals looking to explore Rochester. This property allows you to walk to Mayo Clinic if able. This home is main level living.
The main floor hosts the fully furnished and equipped kitchen (the dishwasher & refrigerator are smaller than standard size but work fantastically), living room, two king sized bedrooms with black out curtains, and two full bathrooms. One bedroom hosts an on-suite bathroom with a walk in shower & laundry services with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. To mention, the basement is accessible for the circuit breaker. The outside space includes a patio area. Garage, driveway and street parking can comfortably accommodate up to four cars. High speed internet (500mps) is provided. All TVs are smart TVs and placed in guest mode for you to login to. I'd also like to add, this home is thoroughly cleaned between stays! You'll have access to the entire property with keyless entry and a code provided prior to check-in. Entrance is available through the side bringing you into the kitchen. Otherwise, the front entrance brings you into the living room. To mention, this house has been functioning as a VRBO for years but under new ownership :) I cannot wait to host you!

We stayed at the house for 15 days while my mom was undergoing medical checkups at the Mayo Clinic, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was only about a 4-minute drive to the clinic, which made everything so much easier and less stressful for us.The house was very clean, the bathrooms were well equipped, and the kitchen was also clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 full bathrooms was absolutely perfect for our stay.Communication with the host was very easy throughout the entire trip. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and kind. We truly appreciated all her help and would definitely stay here again.
