Welcome to our thoughtfully renovated lower-level duplex, just a 15-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) from downtown Rochester and Mayo Clinic. Built in 1901, this home blends historic character with modern updates, creating a comfortable stay whether you're visiting for medical care, work, or a weekend getaway.
The Space
Spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, 55" Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom.
Comfortable second bedroom with a queen bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals.
Cozy living room with a 55" Smart TV, cable through Xumo, streaming services, board games, and a PAC-MAN arcade machine for guests of all ages.
Fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Secure keypad entry for convenient, contactless check-in.
Off-street parking for two vehicles.
Backyard Retreat
Enjoy one of the largest yards you'll find this close to downtown Rochester. Relax around the fire pit, fire up the Pit Boss smoker, enjoy the front porch with your morning coffee, or simply unwind after a day at Mayo Clinic or exploring the city.

What a cute duplex! It was perfect for us to go back and forth from the Mayo Clinic. Loved the cookies and the snacks.
