Overall good experience! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect little property for our needs of three adults and close to Mayo. The patio was so nice to have on the warm days. The host was responsive and had everything we needed. Thank you!

There was some dirt in the fridge and the bathroom vents were kind of dirty but other than that it was good

This is a cute, convenient property for our needs. It could have been rated higher, were it not for several items. Communication was a challenge. I had a business call the day we arrived and asked if we could check in early. No response. I had another video call the next day at 8 in the morning, but while getting ready for the call the night before, I couldn’t find the network listed. Thinking I did something wrong, I attempted to contact the owner via the app. Again, no response. Panicking, I was trying to find another location for the call, when my wife found a number to text. Upon texting, I learned that the owner changed the network, but forgot to update the information in at the house or online. The rest is more personal preference. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the mention of a second bathroom failed to disclose that it was in a semi furnished basement with a stairway that isn’t the safest for older people. The upside was that we were very close to our new grandson, making the stay worthwhile.
