This fantastic home gets plenty of natural sunlight and features vintage charm with modern amenities. The main floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, and mudroom. The second floor is home to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, tupperware, bakeware, dinnerware, spices and more! Enjoy cable television, wifi, a detached garage, cleaning supplies, linens and bedding, all in a newly renovated (charming) home!
We provide the following items in all of our homes (enough to get started, you may need to refill depending upon the length of your stay): • Dishwasher soap • Laundry detergent • Towels • Full set of linens for each bed • Dish towels • Toilet paper • Paper towels • Pots and pans • Utensils • Coffee maker • Flour, sugar, spices, etc. • Kitchen essentials (tupperware, baggies, aluminum foil, etc) • Cleaning supplies • Pack'n'play, high chair and other baby items available upon request.

It was a cute house that worked well for us for our stay for treatment at the Mayo Clinic for five weeks! Close and convenient to the hospital. Felt comfortable going for walks and two nice parks in walking distance. Kelly was always quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay there again.

A very nice, quiet, freshly updated older home close to downtown Rochester, the Mayo Clinic, and shopping. This property was perfect for our 6 week visit for treatment at the Mayo Clinic. It was nice to have a home to come back to after a day at the Clinic.
