Nice, spacious home that backs to a wooded area in a quiet neighborhood. Cozy fireplace for winter visits. Great location and super convenient to all kinds of shopping. An easy 15 minute or less drive to the Mayo clinic/downtown area if that's what brings you there. The driveway was plowed during any snowfall and the hosts were easy to get in touch with. I would recommend this property (and Rochester as well). Thank you!!

I had surgery at Mayo Hospital. This was the perfect house to recover in for a week. Beautiful home, close to a ton of businesses, but felt like you were in a private, relaxing area. Owner was more than helpful and quick to respond. Short drive to the hospital as well. Would stay here again!

The property was as described in the advertisement. The property managers were very easy to reach and responded quickly. Everything we needed was there. The absolute best thing was the easy access to outdoor space. There was a park for the kids to play and run. It also was great for a long walk when you just need to go outside.
