About this house rental
If you are looking for the best of the best, this is it. This fully furnished, open concept home features a main floor, large master bedroom en suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main floor is a queen size and has a private door into the main floor full bathroom. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room or watch your favorite show on the smart TV. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. Dining may be enjoyed indoors in the formal dining area or grill outdoors on the attached covered deck.
The lower level will not disappoint and has two additional bedrooms, a great room, and a full bathroom. There is also a bar area and refrigerator with a table for four. This space doubles as a great workspace if you are working from home while in Rochester.
You may use the 3 car garage as needed. We live in Rochester so we are here for you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

I stayed in this beautiful home while recovering from my kidney transplant in June. The home was exactly what my husband and I were looking for, especially the basement area, which was a perfect space for my donor and his wife. The kitchen is big and roomy and fully equipped for cooking. We enjoyed the outdoor deck, the layout of the first floor, the huge master bedroom, large walk-in closet, fantastic shower, and the laundry area so conveniently located to the closet and bedroom. Travel back and forth to Mayo is an easy and quick quick trip.The home is beautifully decorated, and Jodi is a very warm and accommodating host. this property is highly recommended, especially if you are in need of a home for a long-term recovery period.

Needed the rental for family as spouse had brain surgery over the Christmas holiday. This home was our sanctuary during the Mayo experience. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in or near Rochester.
