Relax in this new home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful views. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom is perfect for any length of stay. The well appointed kitchen over looks the gorgeous backyard patio with grill and fireplace. The master suite, queen bedroom & laundry are all on the main level. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The lower level has a walk out with sliding door to the patio, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom with walk in shower, office area and comfy sectional with large TV.

Perfect house for a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals and the living room area was great for hanging out, watching tv or building puzzles. Location was also great; we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood—very clean with friendly neighbors.

This house was exactly what we needed. We needed a place to stay for a week after my daughter had surgery at Mayo. This house was perfect! It is in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown Rochester. Everything about the house makes you feel at home. It is warm, inviting, and cozy.

As advertised - spacious, clean, very easy drive to Mayo. Internet was good, couple of big TVs to enjoy during downtime between appointments, etc. House was well stocked with kitchen gear and linens. We had one request the first day we were there and it was handled in sub-24 hours - you can't ask for much else. Highly recommend!

I booked this home when I found out I was in for a brain tumor surgery. Not sure who would make the journey with me, but knew space was key. Home in a cute safe neighborhood. Close to the Mayo Hospital, Groceries and airport. Hardest part was working the TV…. That has more to do with my lack of technical savvy. I did not stay my entire time. We checked out early only because I was ready to be in my own home. I would definitely not hesitate to give a good recommendation. You will be made comfortable. Might need your services again in 3months, but with less folks. Thanks for everything. CJM
