About this house rental
This beautifully custom built home is located in a quiet executive neighborhood and is conveniently located 4 miles from Mayo Clinic. It features an open floor concept that includes a chefs kitchen that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a conversation or a meal while sitting at the granite island or dine with friends and family in the comfortable dining room overlooking the wooded backyard. There is a covered deck with fine furniture and a grill for your use off of the kitchen/dining area. You will find the living room both cozy and comfortable. Watch your favorite shows/movies on our smart TV while enjoying the warmth of a gas fireplace. The large master king sized bedroom is on the main floor. Attached is the luxurious master bathroom with heated tile floors, double sinks, granite counter top and large tiled walk in shower. There is plenty of room for your things in the attached walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed with fine linens and sitting area. There is a private door to the main floor bathroom from this room. The lower level has a large media room where you can play games, read or work while using our 100 megabit google mesh network. The living room offers a second gas fireplace, is tastefully decorated and has a sliding glass door out to a patio. There are two queen sized bedrooms with sitting areas and walk in closets. The full bathroom is located between the bedrooms. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Our goal is to make this home the finest rental in town. It will not disappoint!

Great comfortable home. We stayed 2 weeks so I wanted to cook some meals and the cookware was some of the best I’ve seen in a VRBO property (great job!). Beds were very comfortable and living room was perfect. I recommend you stay here when visiting Rochester.

Our family stayed at this home when we travelled to Minnesota for our Fathers memorial service. It is a beautiful home and met all of our needs. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, as we have 2 amazing chefs in our family and they found everything needed to make some great dinners. The home is on a very nice street and the back yard borders onto a wooded area which made it very private. We would definitely recommend this property.
