WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME: With two large living areas and 6 spacious bedrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 16 guests! This home is a perfect blend of modern, contemporary design with drops of tropical touches. Play a fun game of ping pong in the air conditioned garage and enjoy the open view of Emerald Waters Village!
The first floor provides a seamless flow between the kitchen, living and dining areas! The living area features plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 oversized chairs and a plush leather couch. All main living areas are flooded with sunlight during the day. The formal dining area has seating for 7 guests, and the well-appointed kitchen is perfect for a relaxing family dinner after a great beach day. There are 6 additional dining seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space and a large basin sink. Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include a King Suite with direct pool access and a half pool bathroom.
On the second floor, you’ll find a second living area featuring a large flat screen TV and crystal accents on the coffee table and end tables. Sleeping spaces on this floor includes 3 King Suites, a bunk room with a private bath and 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living area also features a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. Centrally located on the second floor is the large laundry room area.
Relax in luxury on the third floor in the exquisite Master King Suite. The Master Suite encompasses the entire third floor. A massive private bath with a soaker tub and walk-in shower are fit for relaxation! Set on perfectly polished black and while tiled flooring, we’d say this really is the “Stairway to Heaven.”
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AREA: Take a scenic and easy walk to the private beach at the end of South Holiday Road for a fun beach day. Soak up the Florida sunshine or relax in the evenings in or around your private 20' x 15' pool or enjoy cooking dinner on your large private grill. The neighborhood is friendly and perfect for relaxing family vacations. Guests also have access to one of two community swimming pools. This home offers parking for up to 6 vehicles depending on size..

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Beach Chairs: Setups can be purchased/rented through La Dolce Vita during the busy summer season, let us make your beach day a little easier! Contact LDV to reserve your beach chairs today!
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months. College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.

We were a family of 12 (mix of adults, children, and an infant) and stayed for a week. And we all agreed, the best beach house rental so far!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is the ice maker did not work and the heating and air unit had trouble keeping up in the day. But, overall we loved our stay!
