*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.

Everything was great and as expected! We had no issues through our stay. We loved the pool because there was shade from the house covering part of the pool so if you didn’t wanna sit in the direct sun you didn’t have to! The golf cart was awesome to get to and from the beach and the small shops around. It was easy to get ahold of someone weeks leading up to our stay for all the questions i had. The house was very clean. I appreciated the alarm going out to the pool because I had my 5 year old and 18 month old so it was an extra peace of mind. The only recommendation i would have from a couple staying in the bunk bed room is to bring a fan!

This property was more than enough space for 10 adults. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. House was the perfect location for walks and exercise. It was also perfectly located near eateries for appetizers and drinks or even meals! The golf cart was great addition for a 6 person ride to town for dinner. The Pool at the house was wonderful for group gatherings! The kitchen table was huge and excellent for game nights! I would definitely recommend this house and I would definitely book again if it suited my group size!

This home was beautiful and a wonderful setting. They were 13 of us. Seven of them were grandchildren. They had so much fun in this large home swimming pool was amazing. It was a gated resort so it made you feel very safe. Was very close to the beach one golf cart came with the home and we rented two more. Rode Golf Carts Down Scenic Dr., Road to the beach road to restaurants road all around. It was a lot of fun overall would definitely rent this house again! Two dishwashers and two refrigerators was very helpful with that many people.
