Location is excellent, close to major attractions, easy to use Metro nearby and Velib stations close to hotel. Restaurants of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Hotel room (8) was recently renovated and very comfortable.
Needs a cappuccino machine and better coffee.

Location good, relatively close to a metro station, restaurants, cafes. Room small but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Zero view, window looked out onto the building next to it, but to be expected for the price, and I chose not to upgrade. Bathroom very small, but perfectly serviceable.

Hotel du Levant is a small boutique hotel located on a narrow street in the heart of the Latin Quarter. 7 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. Restaurants line the street with many dining options. We were on the second floor on the street side but had no issue with street noise. We enjoyed watching the active life on the street.
I signed up for the breakfast included option and was a bit suprised by the limited breakfast offerings. The WiFi was down the first 2 days due to nearby construction. Made it difficult to book tours.

The staff was great. The location was excellent.
The property was very old and outdated. Even for Paris, the room was extraordinarily small for the price. Worst of all was the constant sewer stench in the toilet and shower.
