Great location, all top attractions are easily accessible either by foot or metro.
Variety of food for the breakfast pretty limited but still delicious.

The location was superb. A super quick walk from the Metro which was a direct link to CDG airport, without having to change trains. Loads of restaurants close by and Notre Dame Cathedral. The room and building had character and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Kettle and fridge were a great bonus with a window opening to the street. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.
The room had a safe, which we could not use and the hotel had an elevator which only worked for our first night. Due to the public holiday weekend they did not get serviced and were not available for our stay. I understand this is difficult to fix however staff should assist in helping guests with their luggage up the spiral staircase to their rooms. Assistance was not provided for guests.

The staff was great. The location was excellent.
The property was very old and outdated. Even for Paris, the room was extraordinarily small for the price. Worst of all was the constant sewer stench in the toilet and shower.
