Nice apartment on the fifth and last floor of a building located in the heart of Sète - between the Royal Canal and the seaport - a few minutes walk from Les Halles and the fishing port, 20 minutes from the train station. For spa guests, Balaruc is accessible by free shuttles.
Living room and American kitchen open onto a terrace and a loggia, with open views towards the marina. Two very bright rooms facing Mont Saint Clair, one of which also has a clear balcony. Bathroom, WC and utility room.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, two-burner ceramic hob, fridge & freezer), washer-dryer, TV and wifi.

An excellent location, the apartment is very light and airy. Beautiful views of the hills at the back and lovely rooftops to the front. The kitchen was very well equipped making it easy to cook. We enjoyed the sunny balconies, morning and afternoon. Pascale is an excellent host, regular communication was good
