The apartment was in a good location. It was well equipped with plenty of crockery etc. The addition of a parking garage was beneficial, parking was expensive everywhere.

There were issues in dealing with the agent who left it until the last minute to get details of key collection (late arrival). These were emailed on day before. All communication was in French, which given advertising on international site was a bit limited. This was a recurring theme, in the property there were three sets of instructions in French on what to do when leaving, all different! The details as to where the garage was were useless, it was accessed from a different street. We had to walk about with remote control till we found a gate that opened and then found garage. Unnecessary stress on arrival. The cleaning costs after being told to clean and leave as found on arrival were 120 euro, ridiculous. Extra 300 euro to be paid after booking, include towels, bedlinen, tourist tax and final cleaning. Surely some of these should have been included in the price. When drawn attention of agent (where key had to be returned by 1000 which was a 20 minute drive away from apartment) to these issues she said she had never visited the property so could not comment!
