Cocoonr offers you this charming 105 m² air-conditioned flat to rent in Sète. It has been fully renovated and recently decorated by a visual artist, and features a wealth of objets d'art and books.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower or bath). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 (15 m²): with king-size bed (180x200), dressing area and en suite shower room
- Bedroom 2 (15 m²): with king-size bed (180x200) and en suite bathroom (with bath and shower)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Two 1.5 m² balconies facing the Sète canal. Western exposure facing Mont-Saint-Clair with sunset.
The flat is ideally located in Sète, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
