"CM" collection offer your apartment in the comfort of a hotel. This amazing apartment is located on the edge of the "royal canal" in the lively district of "Venice languedocienne" the name of Sète. You do not need a car, you can get to the docks, canals, boat rental, boat trips, museums, bars, restaurants, market, shopping, bus in front of the entrance to the building.

Apartment of 100 m2 with wifi bathed in light, air-conditioned, installed on the 2nd floor of a typically Sète building.
This apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the city center on the "Royal Quay" from where you can in the heart of the summer attend from the top of the balconies to the tournaments, watch the fishing boats and walk and admire the Mount Saint Clair.
The charm of the old sublimated by a recent renovation of quality with high-end materials, the decoration is modern and neat.
Careful equipment in the kitchen (kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules), hospitality bedding, beautiful linens but also the necessary to facilitate the daily (iron and table to iron, bagless vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, "caddy" to race) and products of first necessity (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, dishwashing liquid ....) are at your disposal.
You are 12 minutes walk from the train station, bus stop at the foot of the building.
Departure for sea promenade and boat rentals 300 m walk.
Ultra convenient and "refreshing" in the heart of the city at the edge of the canal, close to all the places of visit: the quays; the Navy, the Auction; the "high quarter", museums, theaters, Mont Saint Clair without forgetting Les Halles, trendy bars, good restaurants and shopping.

Caroline met us at the apartment and showed us all we needed to know for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location, was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It was a really lovely base for a week of exploring Sete. Everything is on your doorstep or a short bus ride away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Caroline's communication was perfect, she was waiting for us at the door when we arrived, gave us a tour of the apartment and was available to message all of our stay. The apartment is as lovely as it looks in the photos, if anything, nicer in reality. Comfortable and well-appointed, the kitchen has everything you could need to cook regularly, but in the heart of town for all the shops and restaurants and the baker on the corner is fantastic for breakfast goodies. And for a memorable treat, The Marcel, Michelin-starred restaurant, is literally round the corner. Plenty of room for 5 people and a wonderful view of the canal, town and Mont St Clare.
