Comfortable and enjoyable, would re-visit.

A family run hotel that was ideal for our trip whilst touring around Europe. We ate in the hotel within the garden area, which was value for money and very enjoyable.

A great place to relax

The room was very clean, spacious and had a nice seating area on the balcony with great views over the mountain. The hotel was outside the busy town centre but then again only a few minutes walk away. However it was on a hilly roas so could be an issue for some people. Breakfast was very good with lots of options for continental breakfast. The host would also cook eggs if I wanted too. I did ask for oat milk which I got on day 2 as well as non dairy yogurt as an extra plus touch. The host was very friendly and attentive. Having the Chiemgau card meant that I could use public transport to go to various places in the vincinity of the town and enjoy many great walks nearby.

As it was the end of the tourist season and there were only a few customers staying at the hotel, the restaurant was closed. Even though I understand the reason behind it, it would have been good to be told about it in advance especially as I arrived late and would have rather eaten at the hotel instead of having to go out again. There were plenty other places available in the town so not a big issue but still if I had known in adavnce I would have been better prepared on day one.

Above our expectation

The room was large and spacious. It has a small balcony. At night time it was quiet so you can listen to yourself. The food was good and the breakfast was above my expectation. The people were quite friendly. The decoration of the room and the hotel were nice. You spot a different thing in every look.

Nothing in particular. I could only one time pet that white cat. I wish I could have seen it again. That's the thing I did not like :)

Comfortable hotel in quiet surrounding

Friendly, hardworking staff. We enjoyed dinner in the garden, nice place to unwind after a day of traveling. Comfortable beds and good breakfast in the morning. 2 old fashioned, but comfortable chairs in the room where we enjoyed a last drink before bedtime.

I have stayed here for only one night, arriving late and leaving early, as a start of an Alpenstrasse tour. The hotel is simple but clean and the restaurant is good.

The town of Ruhpolding is a bit of a maze with recently changed one way streets and lots of construction work, which makes the satnav useless. This makes it pretty tough to get there and to get away.

Gemütliches Hotel mit leckerem Restaurant

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden was dabei. Zum Abend kann man sehr gemütlich und lecker im Restaurant essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Chiemgau- Card ist ein tolles Zusatzangebot vom Hotel.

Beim Balkon wäre es schön, wenn man mehr Privatsphäre schaffen könnte. Blickdichte Trennwände anstatt Flaschen- Raumteiler. Sonst ist es sehr gemütlich.

Es war sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel. Nettes und freundliches Personal, das Essen war lecker. Es gibt eine Kinder-Essecke und Zimmer sind mega sauber. Gute Lage, in der Nähe gibt's zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Edeka und Penny. Paar Kilometer entfernt von Freizeitspark Ruhpolding und ein weiteres Märchenparadies. Empfehlenswert. Top

Großes Zimmer, Stühlen & Tisch, Ablagen,Neues Bad,Terasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten,sehr gutes Frühstück und netten Gastgebern. Abendessen gut und günstig,ist empfehlenswert!

Leider machte das Bett sehr laute knarzende Geräusche bei der kleinsten Bewegung !!! In der Dusche leider keine Ablage und Haltemöglichkeit und ein Hocker im Bad fehlte leider auch.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, es hat an nicht gefehlt. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant/Biergarten ist sehr gut. Wir haben mehrere Gerichte gegessen und waren jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Essen, sowohl dem Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht völlig in Ordnung. Hier versteht man sein Handwerk. Die Zimmer waren wie in der Buchung beschrieben und mit einem neuwertigen Bad ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war tadellos und immer gegeben.
