Great place, not far from the motorway. The town is beautiful and peaceful.

It is a beautiful guest house. Has a lot of character.

Warm guesthouse with an exceptional breakfast buffet.

This was a homey abode that's surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. It's easily accessed by train; get off at Bibelöd for a 5-minute walk! Downtown is within walking distance as well, offering a market and several restaurant/shopping options. Also, the breakfast lineup exceeded expectations in every way. Absolutely beautiful array of fresh vegetables and fruits, cereals, toasts, yogurt, and spreads! Hot coffee is available as well, and can be kept warm with a tealight warmer.

Great hotel!!

The whole place is really comfortable and the staff was really nice to us the whole time. The location is not central on the city, but something you can reach with only 15 minutes walking, and thus, you can have the benefit of not having so many city lights and enjoy the view of the stars! Breakfast was also amazing. Can really recommend the place!

OK guesthouse in a spectacular region of the German Alps

The location is OK, about a 15 minute walk to the town. Breakfast also OK, obviously because of COVID we didn't have perhaps the full tradition experience that would usually be available. One huge benefit, not peculiar to this hotel, available to all visitors to the region, is the Chiemgau Karte - which includes free admission for the whole family to many superb local attractions including cable cars, chairlift and swimming pools. The value in the card does make the price of the hotel seem a little less extravagant. We did travel in high season so the price was to be expected.

This a dated Bavarian guesthouse. While our room and the stairwell etc.. were perfectly clean they need some investment, while maintaining the traditional Alpine experience.

Nice stay in the nice room

Quiet location near the city center. A short walk from the gas station and the supermarket. Free parking right in front of the accommodation. Very comfortably furnished room, lots of storage space. Cleaning every day. Possibility to buy cold drinks and snacks (pizza). Excellent breakfast, rich selection. Chiemgau card for attractions and free parking in the city. Friendly owner.

The room could have a small refrigerator or the ability to make tea or coffee.

Absolut solides Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Zimmergröße war top, Frühstück war gut (Rührei/Speck wären wünschenswert aber absolut kein Muss), Lage ist ebenfalls gut, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt aber in nähere Umgebung stehen weitere Parkplätze zur Verfügung

Ausstattung könnte etwas moderner sein aber man muss hier wirklich das Haar in der Suppe suchen, um es zu finden - die Erwartungen wurden dennoch erfüllt 😉

Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gern wieder.

Netter Gastgeber, der auch ein ordentliches Frühstück bereitstellt. Der Checkin war problemlos und unsere Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen sicherlich eine Auffrischung. Es ist aber alles sauber und ordentlich, sodass man sich wirklich auch wohlfühlen kann.

Przytulny hotel z cudnym widokiem, pysznymi śniadaniami i przemiłym gospodarzem!

Hotel zarezerwowaliśmy jeszcze będąc w trasie – zupełnie spontanicznie, zachęceni wieloma pozytywnymi opiniami. Nie zawiedliśmy się! Gospodarz okazał się niezwykle uprzejmy i serdeczny, a pokój z przepięknym widokiem sprawił, że żałowaliśmy, iż musimy ruszać dalej. Śniadania były pyszne i różnorodne – nawet nasz maluch miał przygotowany specjalny zestaw naczyń, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Okolica idealna na spokojne spacery. Trudno wskazać jakikolwiek minus – może jedynie to, że pobyt był zbyt krótki! Z pewnością wrócimy, jeśli będziemy w pobliżu.
