The property was very nice and fairly close to town.

The property manager was Great! Overall, we enjoyed the property but it did fall short. Here’s what we didn’t like. The upstairs, main floor bedroom was super Small, we could barely walk around the bed, couldn’t open the closet doors all the way - they hit the bed, and absolutely no where to put our suitcases. No bathroom on the main floor was very inconvenient, especially for the main floor bedroom. We had to climb the stairs all the time but there was no railing on the slick wooden stairs, so in socks (couldn’t wear our shoes inside), we thought we would fall/slip down the stairs - very unsafe. Guests shouldn’t have to take recycling to town to recycle. Guests shouldn’t have to worry so much about cleaning up to get back the 500 franc deposit. Washer/dryer very small. Took FORVER to wash and dry clothes. Getting to the deck was very difficult. You either went through a downstairs bedroom or had to walk down the outside steps, but when you were instructed to leave your shoes at the front door, the spikes, iron stairs to the deck hurt your feet too much to use them. The deck would have been so much nicer if it had been on the main floor. As a result, we never used it. Lighting/lamps need to be easier to turn on. Property needs a convenient phone charging station. Hunting for outlets was frustrating.
