Everything was perfect, my family really felt comfortable and we had a wonderful time. It was a home away from home.

Wonderful balcony.
Hot towel rail
Great washing machine
Comfortable beds
Needed more bowls/crockery especially for breakfast.
The shower door is loose and inefficient at stopping water leaking out ....
also a supply of rubbish bags and details of where to put the rubbish would have helped.
Dryer was too complicated we couldn't get it to work so used the sunshine!
Some hooks on the back of doors would have been super.
The balustrade around the mezzanine was unsafe for small children.

Kitchen could have been better stocked for group of 6. Beds and pillows clean but not comfortable

No one pick we up When we check out
I keep tried to contact more than one hour
So I cannot wait, I walk to the office
And ask the staff to pick we and our laguage laguage up
That staff Who was the driver when we alive
Said You’re not my boss you cannot
ask me. honestly I was gently and politely say
I still don’t know about what about
Boss I just I guest who want to leave
for last 2 hours ago.
