Good location. Ten minutes (or thereabouts) walk from the centre of town (ideal for my purposes). Very comfortable. Good facilities.

Convenience of location.
No opening window, so very stuffy at night. Flashing light under the sink disturbed us. No hot water at night although it was there in the morning. Very steep steps in the garden, some without handrails, we expected some but not so many.

The location was just a few minutes walk from the town and was one of the reasons we selected the place. There was a little semi-private outside space provided with the accommodation There were many electrical sockets (for charging devices etc.) and an air fryer and microwave for heating/cooking meals.
In the extreme heat of a heatwave, the place was very warm and no fan provided to help with that. There was not a table, place to sit indoors for eating. The options on the tv were very limited, not even free to air channels.
