Friendly, welcoming staff Good breakfast Super cavern type restaurant with excellent food Parking and close to town and park
No lift or air conditioning. We were in attic room during heatwave. Though staff were excellent helping with cases and providing fans

Location was convenient for me. Food was excellent. Comfy room and tentative staff
Ironing facilities were poor. I had a business meeting the following day after staying and was unable to iron a shirt. No lift. Had I had a large suitcase with me I would have struggled to get up the stairs to my room at the top of the hotel. The shower was tiny. Breakfast started too late in the morning. 7.30am is late for anyone who needs to be up early. This was not communicated on the booking website
