La salle de bain, la literie et le manque de compréhension de la propriétaire. Évacuée lors des incendies de Gironde, j’ai fait une erreur de réservation suite à la fatigue et au stress de la situation. Je m’en suis rendue compte immédiatement mais malgré des msg et sms immédiats, un appel le lendemain matin, elle n’a pas voulu modifier notre réservation. Un peu de bienveillance m’aurait fait du bien !!
