Former orangery in a 2-hectare wooded park

Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare walled park, this gîte has been converted from a former orangery at the end of a typical Charentais wine cellar, a protected historical site located 10 minutes by car from the center of Cognac. Accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will appreciate the tranquility of the setting on the two terraces: one open to the south and the other covered to the north, perfect for al fresco dining. Open-plan kitchen/living room; a children's bedroom with two single beds; a bedroom with a double bed and a desk; shower room, toilet, laundry/garage. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival. Internet (via Livebox in the cottage), radio/CD-DVD player, board games. For children: fully equipped cot, travel cot, 2 bathtubs, 2 high chairs, potty, toilet seat reducer, toys. Outside: sun loungers and daybed; hiking trail opposite the cottage.
