A hidden gem
We stayed for 5 nights (2 adults & 2 children), for a skiing trip to nearby Steinplatte. Fantastic stay. Restaurant food was exceptional. Due to the winter conditions, we could not drive directly to the property, only to a carpark at the bottom of the hill. However, Andy, our host was on hand to bring us the rest of the way. Each morning we took the toboggans down to the carpark, which was a real highlight for the kids. The apartment was spacious, warm and well kitted out.

Exceptional
Very spacious, clean and in beautiful location. Oweners were supernice to us. If you want to have a taste of real Alps than Alpengasthof Oberweissbach is must go!

Perfect for my needs
I had to leave very early one day but the other day the breakfast was great and Andi is a great cook.
Some advice on the road conditions leading up to the guest house. I had an all wheel drive car fortunately but it could be a problem if you were now aware of the snow covered road.

Sehr schöner Gasthof mit großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnungen abseits des Trubels
Wir waren das erste Mal in Oberweissbach und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es war sehr ruhig, da oben auf einem Berg gelegen. Die Rodelbahn haben wir leider nicht genutzt. Es ist sehr schön Möglichkeit zwischen Selbstversorger und Essen im Restaurant zu haben. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Andi ist ein sehr freundlicher und flexibler Gastgeber, wir konnten früher anreisen. Nach dem Skifahren war der Kamin im Wohnzimmer eine Wohltat
Verdunklungsvorhänge fehlen, das könnte im Sommer unangenehm sein, wenn man es gewohnt ist im Dunklen zu schlafen
