We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to stay in.

The location was good as it was only a short walk into the village. The breakfast was good as was dinner at the restaurant.

It would have been good to have kettle or fridge in the room. Also, an ironing board so we didn't have to disturb housekeeping for one.

Appartment nice - Worst service I ever had

The appartment was nice. Kitchen, living room with a breakfast table and couch and a bed room. The kitchen serves very good food.

The couch was not very comfortable. The worst thing was the service during dinner: - The dinner time was not the same announced on the homepage or welcome e-mail - The service not not friendly at all. Even after asking for service it took a while until somebody showed up It was more like a self-serving restaurant for the prices of a 4-star. - Talking to the manager the next morning about the bad service the only comment was a not really ment "I'm sorry"

Pretty nice flat, unexperienced personal potentially making issues at dinner, simple breakfast

Nice spacious flat, not too far from Chiemsee. Personal tries to be nice (yet several members of the personal had only little to no experience, besides language issues as no native of the region but newcomers from East Europe, making things even much more difficult...)

We asked the personal in advance about which meat was the steak as this was not documented on the menu. We didn't receive the agreed kind of meat as this was mixed with other meat and thus we hated its taste – we had to eat as we waited long already and were hungry. As we are atheist this is not too much of an issue yet we could imagine for believers for some religion this can make a major issue. Also some ordered food was simply forgotten to be prepared and we had to ask again. Not making anything better for dinner. Breakfast was okay though yet nothing special.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Located in a very nice Bavarian village with a nice and clean room, good breakfast and stunning view.

However there are some negative scores. Dinner was an ala cart menu, no ice in the restaurant. First the soup turns out to be some very suspicious local style dish as we receive raw vegetables cutted in hot water with sausage meatball means and heavy taste of vinegar( Later after good old Siri assistant research turns up this far away from famous Bavaria Meatball soup). The main meal was fish that came half frozen despite looking ok on the top, garniture was Bavaria fried potatoes half uncooked . But the sad thing was personal took the fish and cooked more and served it back. So what to say make sure you visit the supermarket or prepare to pay 100 euro for nothing good or taste for dinner.

A scenic place with great people, great rustic Bayern cuisine restaurants, plenty to taste , staying in a beautiful vital hotel. A great place in Unterwössen, especially if you have a car with big ground parking. Very comfortable, quiet room. The breakfast was very rich with big choice of vegan food. The location is nice. Highly recommended and very good value for money. Definitely you will see us again here.

I was super excited for our one day stay in Unterwossen , when we walked into the property we were completely amazed. So much in fact we wanted to spend an additional night on this wonderful property but, unfortunately, they were booked solid. Highly recommended!!!!

It was a necessary hotel stay during covid restrictive times... i was the only guest in the hotel and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Arrival at 9pm, key was at reception with an envelope explaining about breakfast and wifi...very quiet, which is what i needed :-) would give them a higher rating but

Ruhige Lage mit ausreichend Parkplätze in Tiefgarage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wandern, Skifahren , Radtour. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Rustikal gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel mit relativ großen Zimmern. Unser Zimmer befand sich unter dem Dach und war sehr ruhig, nur ein bisschen dunkel. Das Badezimmer ist neu und hat eine Fußbodenheizung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem am Sonntag gab es eine große Auswahl, auch Kuchen, Pancakes, Minibrezn usw. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Türen an der Dusche könnten etwas besser geputzt werden, und die Zimmer könnten mal etwas modernen alpinen Pepp vetragen

Wir hatten ein tolles und großes Zimmer unter dem Dach, war ein richtiges „Studio“ incl. einer bequemen Sitzecke. Das Bad war sehr neu und super aufgeteilt. Eine begehbare Dusche, alles unter der Dachschräge incl. Dachfenster und Lüftung. Dazu gab es noch einen großen Balkon. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Es gab zwar jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl, das war aber für uns in Ordnung. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauna wurde auf Wunsch eingeheizt, wir haben sie nicht genutzt Abendessen gibt’s am Wochenende. Bei Halbpension muss man tageweise ca. 15 Minuten nach Reit im Winkel fahren. Hatten wir nicht gebucht, haben aber Abends einmal dort normal zu Abend gegessen. Das war sehr lecker, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat da gepasst. Das Personal ist super nett und bemüht sich alle Themen zeitnah zu lösen.

Unser tolles Zimmer war im Altbau des Hotels. Im Altbau gibt es leider keinen Aufzug, die Treppe ist schmal und ein wenig steil. Das war für leicht Knie-geschädigte nicht so toll. Das Zimmer konnte es aufwiegen. Die Fußbodenheizung im Zimmer war oft sehr warm, man konnte sie nicht steuern. Lief dann über ein offenes Fenster. Die Lage führt dazu, dass man erst einmal ein wenig fahren muss, um interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden.

Gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Schönes gemütliches Hotel. Tiefgarage (kostenfreies parken). Restaurant im Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen. Frühstück war auch gut.

Es war sehr warm im Innenraum als auch in den Zimmern. Zum schlafen für uns etwas zu warm. Mussten dann nachts das Fenster offen lassen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung!

Obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, haben wir ein Zimmer mit defektem Bett bekommen. Die mittlere Stücke der Lattenroste war offenbar gebrochen und somit lag man in einer 10 cm tiefen Kuhle. Die Matratzen waren zudem schon sehr durchgelegen. Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden.

Keine Empfehlung, kein 4-Sterne Standard

Ruhige Lage, Frühstück war o.k. aber nicht besonders hervorzuheben

Fenster im Zimmer ließen sich nicht wirkungsvoll verdunkeln, einige Fenster hatten nicht einmal Vorhänge (s. Fotos). So war das Zimmer recht hell. Ab 5-6h morgens war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Das Bett war in eine Raumnische positioniert, dadurch gab es am Bett keine Nachttische, keine Steckdosen, keine Lichtschalter. Das Licht zwischen Bad und Bett hatte keinen Schalter sondern einen Bewegungssensor! Das hab ich in einem Hotelzimmer wirklich noch nie erlebt! Auf dem kurzen Weg zum und vom Bad ging daher immer das Licht an und blieb eine Weile an. Die Bettdecken waren dünn, sodass wir gefroren haben. Beim Frühstück wurden verschmutzte fleckige Tischdecken nicht ausgetauscht. Insgesamt ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel welches dringend einer Modernisierung in vielen Bereichen inkl der Sauna bedarf. Das Personal beim Frühstück war bemüht, wirkte aber angesichts der vielen Gäste völlig überfordert. Ein 4-Sterne-Standard ist wirklich nicht zu erkennen. Vor diesem Hintergrund sind 170,- Euro pro Nacht inakzeptabel.

Schöner Ort, super Hotellage,

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war überaus freundlich zu Gast und Hund.

Das Abendessen war nicht immer schmackhaft. Krönung: Wildreis, trocken, mit 5 aufgelegten S zeigen Schimmelkäse, nicht mal überbacken. Am letzten Abend war das Essen sehr gut. Die Stammköchin war aus dem Urlaub zurück... Hatten wir wohl Pech mit unserem Ferienzeitraum.

Bel hôtel entre lac et montagne

Tres joli emplacement dans un village charmant pas loin de Chiemsee. Chemin de randonnée et vélo pratiquement devant la porte Le junior suite très spacieux bien meublé avec très grand balcon Petit déjeuner correct

Nous n'avons pas dîne au restaurant car la carte nous a paru trop orientée vers des plats lourds surtout viande (sommes pas végétariens mais désireux d'une cuisine légère et inventive)

Wird leider den Ansprüchen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht gerecht.

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings dauerte es, bis man einen Überblick bekam, da es auf unterschiedliche Räume und Bereiche verteilt war. Brotkörbe und Teller waren immer knapp bemessen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer erinnerte aufgrund des Fliesenbodens und des Teppichläufers an die 70er Jahre. Renoviert war allerdings das kleine Bad. Auch fehlte eine Steckdosen in Nähe der Nachttische. Im Flur und Treppenhaus waren noch die Abstandsaufkleber aus der Corona-Zeit und es waren offene Kabelstränge sichtbar. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, jedoch haben wir über 1,5 Stunde darauf warten müssen und das Personal war total überfordert.

Das Hotel ist eine gute Basis, um den Chiemsee und dessen Umgebung zu erkunden!

Das Frühstück war qualitativ und quantitativ sehr gut. Das Hotels liegt etwa 13 bis 15 Kilometer vom Chiemsee, sowie von den nächstgelegenen Bergbahnen entfernt. Das bedeutet zwar keine direkte Lage am Chiemsee, aber in durchaus akzeptabler Entfernung. Auch Österreich, speziell das schöne Salzburg sind nicht weit entfernt. Die kostenlos angebotene Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage ist nicht selbstverständlich und ein deutliches Plus.

Die angebotene regionale Gästekarte konnten wir nicht nutzen, da sie weder von den Bergbahnen, noch am Chiemsee von den durch uns genutzten Anbietern akzeptiert wurden. Hier sollte man sich ein Beispiel am Nachbarland Österreich nehmen, wo dies sehr oft normal ist. Dabei ist uns bewußt, dass das Hotel selbst darauf nur einen geringen Einfluss hat.

Die atemberaubende Sicht auf die Berge, die Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe des Hotels!

Schade,dass das Hotel über kein Schwimmbad verfügt.Dafür gibt es aber in der Nähe einen sehr schönen Wössener See...
