Eden Resort & Villas Phuket Patong

The hotel is in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle while still being close to everything. The beach, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, making it convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. If you're looking for somewhere in a handy location that's away from the busy streets but still close to the action, this hotel is worth considering.

The only downsides for us were that the beds weren't particularly comfortable, and the breakfast was fairly basic with limited variety.

This place is stunning! The facilities were always clean and tidy. The rooms were comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The cafe and Adam’s eatery (lunch and dinner) accommodated very well for my gluten free diet which was a bonus

the staff/ service were amazing, the food was amazing (breakfast was amazing!), the rooms were amazing, the location was amazing, the bed was so soft and comfy and the pool was amazing!!!!

my stay was good. The hotel is spacious compared to many other hotels, and the location is excellent and convenient.

The night shift receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn’t even respond to a simple greeting, which created a poor first impression. The towels in the room were also old and worn out and should be replaced with new ones. Another disappointing point was the hotel’s policy of charging guests if the room key card is not returned. Most international hotels do not make a big issue out of key cards. We even asked if we could keep one as a souvenir from our stay, but our request was declined.
