    I had a good experience staying at this hotel considering the low cost. The location was excellent, and overall it offered good value for money. However, it's best not to keep very high expectations because of the budget-friendly price. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could be improved, which is why I would rate that aspect a bit lower. Still, families can stay here comfortably. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Balaram, who was extremely kind and supportive throughout our stay. We also arranged our sightseeing tour through Fatima Travel, and their guide service for the city tour was excellent. They were professional and made our trip much more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice for travelers looking for an affordable hotel in a great location.

    Location was good, and great value for money. No lift was a big inconvenience, if you have more luggae.

    Very bad behavior from staff and not supportive at all. Dirty hotel with no facilities. Not recommended at all. Disappointed with Agoda support team.
