The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be the shower facility. The water pressure can be a little too soft (like there's minimal water) and the temperature can vary. Thank you for making our stay memorable

It is a simple hotel. The room was nothing special, but it had everything you need and it worked. Good bed, wardrobe, safe, boxes and adjustable air conditioning. The bathroom was not big but sufficient for me. All in all, the hotel complex is clean and the staff make an effort, which is noticeable. Another advantage is the excellent cuisine (managed by a Styrian) with delicious Austrian dishes, and also very good Thai food. At night I didn't notice any noise from Bangla Road.
