It was ok. However, I had better expectations
The place was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.
Access to the property is rather difficult. The cabin did not have proper heating. Few towels available, no shampoo and leaking freezer.

It is a bit far from Itaipava so you need to drive and not easy to go out for a few hours to visit the town nearby

Perfeita. Tudo é feito e organizado com muito cuidado, carinho e capricho!
A comida preparada no hotel, toda ela, é muito saborosa e feita com muito cuidado. As dependências de maneira geral são lindas, complementada pela natureza exuberante do local!
A estrutura do quarto é boa mas pode ser melhorada. Alguns detalhes de acabamento podem deixar ela perfeita! A tampa do vaso não é de uma boa qualidade, e o acabamento das chaminés dos quartos fazem com que a experiência de se acender a lareira fique frustrada pelo vento que entra por ela e mantem a fumaça dentro do quarto... Mas, no geral, a organização e limpeza do quarto são impecáveis.

Ambiente limpo e aconchegante. A pousada é bem grande, boa oportunidade para relaxar, desconectar e curtir a piscina maravilhosa. A área externa é encantadora.

Perfeito!
Tudo! Lugar LINDO! Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários ajudam em tudo! Fiquei triste pois só passei uma noite e já quero marcar a próxima! É bem distante do centro da cidade, recomendo fechar com um motorista (a pousada indica alguns) para ir e voltar. Lá tem restaurante e o ideal é não sair da pousada para nada. Lugar maravilhoso!
