Great but remote location, facilities and service need improvements

1. the noise at night in the tree house, 2. open toilet, 3. slow room service, 4. breakfast was very simple, 5. the main restaurant for dinner lacks decoration, plants/flowers, and some nice music.

Beautiful location and good food. Restaurant staff were great.

At most times there there many staff in reception area on their phones. Not helpful or welcoming. When you ask them a question they seem annoyed that they have to stop looking at TikTok to respond. Meanwhile the pool is full of dead leaves and all the out door chairs and beds are covered in debris from trees. If the staff were better trained and weren’t always on their phones and instead used their time to clean the spaces and help visitors, it would be a perfect place.

Extreme comfort and tranquility with a few complaints about staff and service, overall amazing!

The breakfast and the room are amazing. The room I stayed had a jacuzzi and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the natural pool, it is beautiful and the sauna was the best sauna of my life. Very refreshing and I would go back just for that pool!

The staff is not very well trained and professional. While the whatsapp with the staff works decently, they do just enough. They are all very kind and respectful, but it seems that they are just local people that were hired to work and not trained to give a service of excellence. A few examples: there was no staff at the natural pool, if I wanted help with anything I had to whatsapp the receptionist and wait a long time; We ordered dinner in the room and they forgot to come back to clean it up, the plates and stuff were kept in the room until the following day. The TV in our room was also extremely small given its distance from the bed too.

Bathrobes, slippers, and plenty of towels were missing. There were not two armchairs in front of the fireplace, I had to request one and was promptly attended to. The service was personalized, the staff very kind, and the food excellent and plentiful. However, access to the inn was very poor due to an unpaved road.

It was my chosen destination for my engagement trip, and the experience was unique.

The facilities are incredible, from the accommodation to the natural pools, saunas, and the spa. The food menu was incredible. The staff's readiness and care for the guest is seamless. Whatever you ask is promptly responded to.

Drinkable water supply could be better. I usually drink 4-5 liters daily, but only a few 0.3 ml bottles were in the fridge. Also, the water price was too expensive for such a thing that should be abundant. I spent more on water than on a chef's menu picnic in the mountain. Also, the guest should be prepared for a strong presence of nature in the surroundings, and spiders can sneak into the room, even though the cleanliness is outstanding. The breakfast could count with a special coffee reserve instead of regular, ground powder coffee served.

The property is very relaxing with plenty of space to for all guests.

The road to arrive at the property is made of rocks and dirt, super underwhelming. Also, there isnt roads from certain rooms to other places, making it hard to walk around without getting dirty, especially if it is raining. They should illuminate the property better at night.

It is an exceptional option to forget life outside

The location is great although part of the way to Takamana is still to be asphalted. The breakfast is excellent as well as the meal (lunch/dinner). It is a place to relax and forget about life outside.

Once again, I could not use my Genius discount for staying there, but I think this is specifically a matter for Booking.com.

Superb

The staff was more than accommodating and helped out every way they possibly could. Absolutely friendly and could not ask for a better staff there!

No gym equipment to workout. There needs to be a paved road all the way there instead of a dirt road.

Overpriced and bad service - stay away!

Location is very nice. It is very quiet and peaceful. Staff dedicated good time to the gardens.

Room (no. 13) was humid with mold on curtains and on walls in the bedroom. Bad maintenance on the bathroom - toilet seat was unscrewed and also mold on the walls. Sofa inside the room is full of stains. Food options are very limited and wine list is overpriced. Service is average to bad. I did the complains above to the the reception. Unfortunately the guy did not pay attention to any of my complaints. He did not even consider to take notes about the issues.

Amazing stay

Staff and services at the property are simply amazing.

Room had a little bit smell of mold, but it was not a big deal. During check-out the hotel included an additional 10% fee on my daily rate, that was not described on booking.com price. As it was not informed at the moment of my reservation on booking.com I had the option to not pay for it.
