We booked 2 rooms, for our family of 4 and our friend’s family of 4. Our room was newly refurbished to a high standards, with beautiful decor, modern bathrooms and comfy beds.
Everywhere kept very clean.
Plat beach is walkable.
Well positioned approx mid way between Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
Mini market just next door.
Our friends’ room by contrast was a little tired looking and the beds were past their best.
Pool a little small for the number of rooms.
Not enough loungers and parasols at poolside.
No other facilities.
Rooms only cleaned every 7 days.
Only one decent restaurant within walking distance.

El millor és la ubicació, les vistes, la piscina i la barbacoa. També em va semblar correcte que ens deixessin tovalloles per usar a la piscina. La dona gran va ser molt detallista amb nosaltres.
Un bany del nostre apartament feia molta pudor i no es podia usar. A l'altre apartament no hi havia finestres. La cuina també estava bastant antiquada.

La vue est magnifique, la piscine, la localisation loin de l’agitation de Dubrovnik et à côté de 2 plages sublimes et non surpeuplées. 2 salles de bain ce qui est très pratique pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Très bonne pizzeria à côté et supérette pour dépanner ainsi que la station de bus.
Les équipements de la cuisine sont un peu sommaires, une passoire ne serait pas de trop 😁.

La vue, la propreté, l'équipement de l'appartement, l'accés nature au bord de mer, proximité de l'arrêt de bus et de l'aéroport...
La nuisance sonore du voisinage dans la résidence d'à côté, tôt le matin jusqu'à très très tard le soir, voir jusqu'à 1h du matin, va et vient de motos camionnettes, débroussaillage, cour de jeu des enfants qui hurlent...d'autres locataires n'ont pas appréciés non plus. Si l'on recherche le calme, c'est loupé. Dommage car la résidence en elle même était très bien, la vue a été un peu entachée par cette nouvelle résidence voisine qui s'est construite juste devant...
