APARTMENT ELI - SEA VIEW

The apartment was beautifully and newly appointed, with everything pristine and in top working order. Hot water on demand, excellent appliances from kitchen, through utility and bathrooms. Bedrooms en suite, plus extra bathroom. Very spacious living area and bedrooms with ample king-plus sized beds. Spacious outdoor patio too, tiled like an indoor floor, walled around for privacy with beautiful flower beds, and a fantastic mature olive tree at centre offering perfect shade from sun. Outdoor dining table, chairs and lounging chairs and sofa as good as the same indoors! Quiet residential neighbourhood on quiet street, with the “life” of local people of all ages passing by. Minutes walk to a choice of beaches and local supermarket. And a full vegetable garden, from which our generous hosts gave us a selection of fresh food to enjoy! Hosts also advised and tended to our every need, even before we thought to ask. And ample selection of nice friendly restaurants to eat in nearby.

Manuela is a great host, we enjoyed very much our staying at her beautiful house. We will definitely come back and stay again. If travelling with kids is perfect. private beach just around the neighborhood and 10k from Dubrovnik.

The place is marvellous. The best thing is the host. Manuela is always available and helpful, however not intrusive. She is a very hospitable and kind person. The apartment is very spacious with a gorgeous view. There are beaches and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is not far, however a car is recommended to explore the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen and bathrooms (3!) are properly equipped and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The is plenty of storage space.

Everything was good.

the quiet of the localisation, while being able to go to Dubrovnik by boat which stops right at 5’ of the appartment. the appartment itself is modern, fairly well equipped, and the terrace and views are super! Manuela has been very helpful also and very reactive! take note: go to King’s konoba!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful quiet location near Dubrovnik. All rooms were air-conditioned, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a wonderful terrace with an olive tree, grill and garden furniture. There are several beautiful beaches nearby. The great owner Manuela was always available to us during our stay - she recommended and arranged reservations at the tavern, gave us tips for trips in the area and surprised us with a fantastic homemade cake and cherry liqueur. Thank you Manuela for a great holiday, this place is fantastic and we really recommend it to everyone.
