Location was excellent
Plenty of space and a nice little terrace outside
Kitchen facilities were a little limited; no large kettle, no bowls for cereal. The management should audit the contents.

Last house on the street with a view to the lake. The place is very cozy with enough space. You can sit outside as well. Shops are very close, in walking distance, same with restaurants. It's very quiet so you can wake with birds chirping.
It's a bit chilly in April. There's a stove and electric heater so that helps. Kitchen is very small but if there's no big cooking, it's ok.

It’s only one bedroom!!!
The other one is at the most 6 square meters and doesn’t even have a door (see attached photo).
No way it is rated as 4 stars!!
You will wake up at 4:30am due to rooster crowing that will continue through the morning.
There are 10 narrow outdoor steps leading to the apartment, although it is stated as “ground floor”.
The whole place smells and feels old.
The toilet Is installed a few centimeters from the wall making it very difficult to us.
