The apartment is super cozy and has all necessary cooking gear. The apartment is very centrally located in Niksic, and you can easily walk to restaurants within a few minutes.

It's easy to bump your head on the ceiling due to the low roof towards the edges.

דירה נקייה וגדולה, מצויידת היטב. השתמשנו בה לנקודת מעבר בין הדרום לצפון המחיר הוגן לתמורה. היא קרובה לסופרמרקטים רבים בעיר. הבעלים עזר לנו בנושא החניה והביא לנו תו חניה. המארחת מאוד חמודה וקיבלה אותנו בסבר פנים יפות The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We used it as a convenient stopover point between the south and the north. The price was fair for the value, and the apartment is also close to many supermarkets in the city. The hosts were incredibly helpful. The owner assisted us with parking and even provided a parking permit, and the hostess was very lovely and gave us a warm welcome.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, a megadott elérhetőségen írásban sikerült minden kommunikáció. Mivel a szállás környékén fizetős lett a parkolás, előre jelezte nekünk és megváltotta a jegyünket is előre. A kulcs átvétel/átadás nagyon kényelmes volt, a szálláshely tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes, minden igénynek megfelelt.

A szálláshely közvetlen környéke eléggé "riasztó" volt első látásra, de maga a szállás egy teljesen új épületben volt, ennek megfelelően a lakás is teljesen újszerű állapotú.

Mancanza di professionalità

Dopo essere stati in contatto con la struttura fino al giorno prima, concordando ora e modalità di arrivo, quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno ad aspettarci e nessuno ha risposto ai numeri di telefono ufficiali. Un gentile vicino ci ha visto in difficoltà e ha contattato qualcuno della proprietà che dopo un pò di tempo ci ha chiamato da un numero di telefono sconosciuto, dicendo che l'appartamento "per sbaglio" era già stato dato ad altri e che stava cercando una soluzione alternativa. Passati circa venti minuti (erano già quasi le 20) abbiamo cominciato anche noi a cercare un'alternativa e abbiamo trovato due stanze in un hotel. Mentre ci dirigevamo lì lo stesso numero ci ha proposto prima un albergo a due stelle (valutazione booking 7.2) e poi ci ha dato il numero di un altro appartamento. Noi abbiamo rifiutato entrambe le alternative. All'uscita dall'hotel abbiamo trovato una coppia che si è presentata come i proprietari dell'apartman Mazic, e ci ha offerto di pagare la differenza tra il costo dell'hotel e quello della loro struttura. Noi abbiamo comunque rifiutato perchè non avrebbe compensato il grosso disagio ricevuto nell'arrivare in una città sconosciuta di sera e scoprire di non avere una sistemazione.

Tiszta, rendezett, klimatizált. Korrekt szállásadó.

Leginkább az ár-érték aránya miatt választottuk a szállást. Későn kezdtük el szervezni a nyaralást, úgyhogy a tengerparton már csak méregdrágán lehetett volna foglalni hasonló apartmant, mint ez, illetve nem csak a partot szerettük volna megnézni. Mivel az országnak gyakorlatilag a közepén van ez a kisváros, így a tengerpart és a Durmitor-hegység is bő másfél óra alatt megközelíthető. A szállásadóval gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció. a lakás klimatizált, tágas, tiszta.

Azzal számolni kell, hogy bár nincsenek nagy távolságok és kis túlzással az ország közepén van Niksics, időben minden nagyon messze van. A nyaralás végén már kicsit megterhelő volt, hogy minden egy-másfél órányi távolságra található, de ezzel számoltunk. Konkrétan a szállásra és a szállásadóra viszont semmi panaszom nem lehet.

Séjour bref qui s’est bien passé malgré les orages bruyants.

Le logement est propre, grand, bien équipé (lave linge qui fait sèche linge, durée du programme 8h!) Nous avons eu un bel accueil! Très souriante avec les quelques informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Il y a un market en bas de l’immeuble (nous avons pas eu besoin d’y aller), et une boulangerie à 300m. Le centre ville n’est pas loin, et on peut visiter facilement à pied quelques endroits à proximité. Les pubs sont très vivants le soir, il y a beaucoup de jeunes.

Nous n’avons pas eu de chance, avec des gros orages toutes la nuit, il n’y a que des velux, c’est très bruyant en cas de pluie et ça donne un sentiment d’être enfermé car pas de visu extérieur. Le quartier est populaire, ça ne rassure pas, mais nous n’avons pas eu de soucis. Il y a beaucoup de chiens errants dans la ville… Ils peuvent être collants.

Es ist eine sehr saubere, gut eingerichtete Unterkunft, die allen Komfort hat, den man braucht. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, Wenn wir mal wieder im Ort übernachten sollten, dann würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Grand appartement, bien décoré et propre. Très fonctionnelle. Bien situé dans la ville de Niksic. Hôte très accueillante.

Pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisines (Pas de passoire pour les pâtes/riz) Oreiller très épais ce qui fais mal à la nuque. Situé autour de bâtiments anciens mais ça reste de l’esthétique et un détails.
