The staff don't speak much English but we manged to communicate the essentials. They are friendly and as helpful as possible considering tge language barriers. The location is central and close to everything.
No laundry facilities on site, but coin operated machines close by.

Beautiful place. Very Clean. Very nice staff. Perfect location. 3 min walk from the main spot in Juan.
The mattresses are a bit soft.

Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the room. The room was sufficient for myself as I was traveling solo. This however is not a knock on the hotel but rather a gripe I have with booking.com as they like to advertise the grander rooms within a hotel, then when you show up you end up in an underwhelming room. My room was adequate for one person, but had I been traveling with my partner, it would have posed an issue. I'm not sure if Nicole runs the hotel but she is an absolute darling.
The only problem I had with my stay is once again nothing to do with the hotel but rather the area that the hotel is in. The area is absolutely fantastic with the exception that there was only one cafe in Juan Les Pin, and a very small one that gets busy fast. The best part was it's proximity to the train station. Made moving around seamless.
