Beautiful place with nice facilities and helpful staff. Beautiful meals at breakfast and dinner. Always feel welcomed!
Found a strand of hair on the water boiler on check-in. Private bath in room was a bit small - can only fit one person. But apart from that, everything else was perfect!

It’s beautiful.
Don’t laugh but the house shoes were uncomfortable and a bit dangerous. Love wearing house shoes but those particular ones were a pain to walk in .

Amazing stay! Private onsens are super! All amenities, complimentary and dinner were great
There was no hand soap at the toilet in my room, a bit weird to walk to the other bathroom just to wash your hands
