Remote location with beautiful scenery

Beautiful location if you are willing to pay for a chairlift ticket to get there! Clean and comfortable rooms and beautiful scenery. The breakfast is excellent.

Because of the remote location, there is no way to realistically get food except for from the hotel itself, which charges an obscene amount for very basic food (6.50 euros for a bottle of water).

Overall, a value-for-money place, with a can-do-better on half pension offer. We can recommand.

Location in mid-mountain hamlet with great view and slopes at the door is hard to beat. Room was fabulously quiet and with a view. It was upgraded - thus above expectation as regard size/comfort. Sauna is small (6 pers max) and popular but managed to be not too crowded. Was not high season neither. Perhaps second sauna would be welcome. But it is already appreciable that there is a sauna. Beside this, wellness area is top. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Wifi reception is limited to area around reception hall. Does not reach room or restaurant. Could be better. Breakfast buffet: for this price, we expected 100% direct pressed juices and a bit more of warm choice. Self service waffel device a cool plus for gourmands... but polpular = easily building queue, thus not 100% available. Evening buffet: under expectation for this price (37 EUR/pers)

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Nacht im Alpenhotel verbracht. Ein tolles Erlebnis, direkt an der Piste zu sein. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle super freundlich, die Einrichtungen ordentlich und sauber. Abendessen und Frühstück top.

Jugendherberge zum teuren Preis

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück war in Ordnung für den kurzen Aufenthalt. Lage direkt an der Piste.

Das Frühstück war recht einfach und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, Produkte waren qualitativ eher minderwertig. Kaffe schmeckte etwas merkwürdig, Auswahl beschränkt und kaum Abwechslung. Das Abendessen der Halbpansion war leider kaum genießbar. Es hatte eher den Anschein einer Kantine, es gab keinen Service (Getränke zwar inklusive, waren aber selber in einem separaten Raum zu holen. Softgetränke aus dem Automaten, Wein in Karaffen abgefüllt). Zimmerreinigung gab es auf Anfrage, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist. Leider gab es im Zimmer außer einem Bett nicht viel, weder Wasserkocher noch einen Tisch auf dem Balkon um ein Getränk oder den Aschenbecher abzustellen. Der Sauna Bereich war zwar sauber, für die Anzahl Gäste allerdings ein Witz. Es glich eher einer FKK Party als Entspannung. Zudem war die Sauna am zweiten Tag scheinbar defekt und heizte auf über 120 grad, so dass man die Tür offen lassen musste. Platz in der Sauna gemütlich für 2-3 Personen, eng mit 4-5 Personen machbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte es 6-7 Personen in der Sauna und etwa 10 weitere davor und im „Wellness“ Bereich, der ebenfalls maximal für nur etwa 5-6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Alles in allem war das Personal sehr freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer auffindbar. Das ganze erinnerte aber dennoch mehr an eine günstige Jugendherberge zum Preis eines gehobenen Hotels.

Skiurlaub als Freundesgruppe direkt auf der Piste

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Direkte Lage an der Skipiste. In direkter Nachbarschaft Vermala Wirt mit Möglichkeit zu Apres-Ski (besonders an Rodelabende zu empfehlen) und Essen. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal und angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Familienzimmer groß mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Balkon. Saunabereich mit kleiner Sauna schick gemacht. Abendessen als Buffet mit ausreichend Auswahl. Anreise über Garfreschabahn problemlos möglich.

Saunabereich groß, dafür Sauna an sich aber etwas klein (max. 6 Personen). Abendessen im Winter nur als "All inclusive-Paket" als Buffet inkl. Getränke für 40€/Pers. möglich. Preis für gebotene Qualität etwas zu hoch.

Geweldige locatie midden in de bergen

De fantastische locatie midden in het skigebied en de authentieke sfeer in het hotel, maken een verblijf hier tot een geweldige ervaring.

De kwaliteit van het avondeten (buffet) is matig. Er zijn geen snacks, zoals chips of nootjes. Dit zijn de enige nadelen.

Gute Lage, nette junge Leute/Personal, die sich Mühe geben, aber könnte alles etwas besser in Schuss und besser gepl

Gute Lage, mitten an der Piste. Aber etwas komplexe Anreise, nur mit Sessellift.

Alles in allem dich schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Sanierungsstau. Der ‚Wellness‘-Bereich ist zwar scheinbar neu, besteht aber quasi nur aus einer Sauna und ist total verplant: winzige Sauna und riesiger Ruhebereich und viel Platz verschwendet für Deko und fehlgeplante Umkleidebereiche und einen Fussbad-/Kneippbereich den nie jemand zu benutzen scheint (da wäre Platz für eine zweite Sauna!). Vermutlich ist der Planer des Wellnessbereiches flüchtig und wird weltweit gesucht. Völlig unverständlich, wie man aus soviel Platz so wenig machen kann. Das Abendessen und Frühstück ist …ok…aber folgt eher dem Motto von billig billig billig.
