Wir waren zufrieden

Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Abendessen auch sehr gut und auch preiswert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Zimmer wurde leider längere Zeit nicht auf Qualität überprüft. Gestank im Klo -> Syphon ausgetrocknet nehme ich an Fernseher mit Wackelkontakt. Badeinrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Nur noch lauwarmes Wasser beim zweiten Duschen. Bei 460€ die Nacht sollte man das erwarten können.

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel. Sehr nette Gastfamilie!

Wir waren schon mehrfach dort und uns gefällt es immer sehr gut. Vor allem der Saunabereich ist hervorragend. Auch die Küche überzeugt.

Wunderbarer Skiurlaub

Super leckeres Frühstück, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und beheizter Pool waren das Highlight am Abend. Skishuttle, der einem bis zur Piste bringt.

Die Räumlichkeiten allgemein haben uns sehr gefallen. Frühstück tiptop.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 23, war recht kühl trotz geschlossenen Fenster und das Duschmittel war von Anfang an leer.

Charmant, aber anspruchslos

Wellnessbereich, Pool, Kuchen nachmittags, Skikeller, Shuttelbus zum Lift, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Inhaber

Personal spricht teils kein Deutsch. Zu kleine Essensportionen vom Schaumsüppchen bis zum Minitörtchen waren lachhaft. Frühstück: Alles da, was man sich wünscht, nur einmal war der Speck kaum gebraten. Hundefreundlichkeit: im Vergleich zu teuer pro Tag und nicht mal ein Wassernapf weder am Eingang noch auf dem Zimmer. Extrem langsames WLAN. Streamen im Zimmer trotz anmutender Fernbedienung ist nicht möglich. Wir hatten in unserem sogenannten Suite ein super kleines Badezimmer mit Toilette. In normalen Standard Zimmern in anderen Hotels ist das Bad etwa doppelt so groß. Wenn man eine Suite überteuert bucht, erwartet man eine gewisse Zimmergrösse. Kein Lift, d.h. wir durften unseren Gepäck zwei Etage hoch- und runtertragen. Uns erwartete ein unterkühltes Zimmer, das während unseres Aufenthaltes dann doch warm wurde. Aber die Heizkörper waren eben nur ein bisschen warm bei max. Audfrehung. Daraufhin bekamen wir einen mobilen Heizlüfter, der stinkende Luft ausgeblasen hat. Zwischen Schiebetür und Heizkörper lagen Tausende kleine toten Fliegen auf dem Boden und sie wurden auch später nicht aufgesaugt. Seifenspender am Waschbecken war leer und erst nach 2 Tagen aufgefüllt, weil ich ihn selbst abgedreht habe, damit es überhaupt bemerkt wird. Keine Badutensilien wie Wattestäbchen, Bodylotion, etc., was man in anderen 4* Hotels mit aller Selbstverständlichkeit vorfindet. Die Unterseite des Waschtisches ist auch ziemlich eklig. Altmodisch, in die Jahre gekommen, ok, aber eben diese Anhäufung von Kleinigkeiten rechtfertigen den hohen Preis nicht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher bald wieder ins Hotel Pfeifer

Das Personal war ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein fantastisches Silvester Menü genossen, welches von der Dekoration, über die Weinempfehlung bis hin zum Service perfekt gelungen war. Auch das Frühstücks-Buffet war qualitativ sehr gut und bot eine riesige Auswahl. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, es ist alles klein und fein und ausserordentlich gemütlich. Auch unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Ich durfte aussergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft durch die Gastgeberfamilie erfahren.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, gute ruhige Lage. Aber doch zentral zu Restaurants und dem Lift.
