nice hotel but not entirely worth the money

they were extremely nice and changed our room last minute. the hotel is also situated very comfortably with the shuttle bus stop exactly in front of the building.

Our room was cold the heater was barely warm - we went to the reception twice and they kept saying they will send someone to fix it but no one came. we slept in the cold. also, although you pay for breakfast you have to make it yourself. i was amazed that they put a stove, eggs and ingredients to cook your own eggs in the breakfast area (who wants to do that when you paid for breakfast??)

Amazing hotel

The hotel is just amazing. Very cool atmosphere and clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Amazing people. The breakfast was also very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very poor

- Street-side rooms are very noisy due to constant traffic and poor insulation. - Absurdly loud and incessant noise from 6AM kept me from sleeping (sounded like housekeeping, but can't be sure). - Housekeeping knocking on my door at 8AM when checkout is until 10:30. - Lots of flies hovering around and on the breakfast food (I counted 7), really disgusting. Overall, it was a terrible stay. Won't be coming back for sure.

We really travel a lot, but this time we were not so luck in our choise for summer vaccations.

The breakfast was really okay, as well as the parking area, which was cheap and with lots of place for parking inside a secure area. The hotel administration is taking seriously the COVID's related precautions, and the guests are, inclusive, organised by time slots about on when to go for breakfast.

The shower does not have a door, so the entire bathroom gets soaked with water. The bed makes noise all the time you move on it. The tempertaure in the room is not controlled by the guests, as there is no separated AC or controls for them. There is no fridge in the room and also no vending machines so the guests can buy something cooler to drink along their stay, but only through the bar, dowstairs. The picture we see in the website is measleading, as what we see there is in fact another public facility nearby the hotel, with garden area, tables, chairs and swimming pool. We booked the hotel for 11 nights but, stayed there for only 7 nights due to unforenseen family issues. However, by the rules of the hotel, no refund would take place. Therefore, something that we would keep in mind in the future if coming back to this hotel.

Tolles Hotel

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Beim Frühstück gibt es auch Auswahl für Vegetarier und Veganer. Die Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel ist auch sehr praktisch. Wir waren in einer großen Gruppe dort und waren sehr zufrieden.

Gut, Frühstück super, Eier Backstation genial, Betten und Zimmer gut ,

Nachts wurde im Hotel laut stark Party gefeiert bis morgens 5 Uhr, und erst nach der Reklamation unsererseits am nächsten Morgen, wurden dann Schilder aufgegangen, sich vielleicht mal zu besinnen und die Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr zu bedenken und an die Zimmernachbarn

Eine gute Erholung von unserer Alpenhüttentour haben wir hier bekommen.

Das Frühstück war super. Es gab einen Riesenauswahl an Produkten. Unser persönliches Highlight war die Eierbratstation. Das hat uns viel Spaß gemacht, da die Eier dann so waren, wie wir es am liebsten mögen.

Eine Möglichkeit Wäsche auf dem Balkon zu hängen, wäre schön gewesen. Ist aber auch überhaupt nicht schlimm.

Personalet på dette hotellet gjorde at vi fikk en fin opplevelse. De var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme på alle vis.

At de ikke hadde middagsservering, bare pizza, salater og toast. Siden det var et stykke i fra andre plasser man kunne spise, ble det til at man bare lot være å spise der. Sengene var forferdelig harde
