Friendly, well run place; family friendly with good food!

Virtually everything.. Ambience; breakfast evening meal (one exception below), the staff, my packed lunch was exceptional! The hotel is truly family-friendly, so if you don't like or can't, at least tolerate, bright, happy children about it might not be for you!

My only slight negative was that the vegetarian option on the half pension was a little disappointing.

Very nice experience, met expectations, we consider to come again.

Location is great. Small village, ski to door access though the hotel is not the closest to ski lift, bus in the morning to the lifts, quite environment. very cozy atmosphere, kids and pets are very welcomed. Very nice bar with fireplace, friendly, approachable and helpful staff. Special thank you to the cook, dinners were excellent. Dinner buffet for kids.

Bottled water in the rooms would be great.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen und die Lage sind auch top. Es war sauber und ordentlich, die Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet. Ein Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen zwischen den Bergen.

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en prima verzorgd. Dit gold ook voor het avondeten. De service van het hotel was uitstekend. De hotel-kamer was compleet en schoon.

Geen tegenvallende items aangetroffen.
