Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. No airconditioning but our room had an opening window. The ceiling fan was very noisy so we didn’t use that. Staff were very helpful and the 24hr check-in was very useful when our train arrived late.

The hotel's location is very convenient and easily accessible. However, my overall experience was disappointing.
The room was very small, dirty, and extremely hot because there was no air conditioning. The lift was also very small, accommodating only one person at a time, which was quite inconvenient.
The staff's service was below expectations. In particular, the receptionist, Stephanie, was unprofessional and became aggressive when I politely requested just 20 extra minutes for a late checkout. A simple request could have been handled in a much more courteous and respectful manner.
Unfortunately, due to the poor room conditions and disappointing customer service, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay at the Carlton Hotel London was an excellent experience and perfect for our family of two adults and two preteens. The location truly stands out—it’s right across from King’s Cross station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city using the Tube and buses. We were able to explore London with ease.
The area around the hotel is also very lively and practical, with plenty of options for groceries and dining just steps away. Whether we needed a quick snack or a full meal, everything was within easy reach.
What made the stay even better was the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Carlton Hotel London, especially for families looking for convenience, accessibility, and a pleasant stay.
