Club Quarters Hotel London City, London

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was tidy, clean, and much bigger than we expected. There were three of us, and we had plenty of space, which made the stay very comfortable. The location was good, with the Tube very close by and plenty of options for going out in the area. What really stood out was how professional, helpful, and attentive the staff was throughout our stay. Even before arriving, we called the hotel with a few questions and received very helpful and professional assistance. We also had some trouble with the deposit afterwards, but the staff were helpful in resolving the issue, and everything was sorted out well. Even on my last day, after checking out, I left my suitcase at the hotel while I went into the city before heading to the airport. I suddenly felt very dizzy and returned to the hotel as quickly as I could. The staff were incredibly helpful and immediately brought me water and salt, which was a real lifesaver. I really appreciated how attentive and caring they were in that moment. Check-in and check-out were both easy and straightforward. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for the friendly and helpful staff.

We could only get decaf pods for the room.

Great location apart from that everything was average

There was no internet access. As advertised High internet connection, this was far from the case. I called reception as TV wasnt working , a man knocked on the door not long after to check and confirmed the tv was not working. He went to check another room but can’t back to say no point to move you as our everything isn’t working. Disappointed when you spent this money. Staff friendlynesse was average. Curtains in bedroom was dirty.
