Everything about the stay went well. Even the Continental Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Staff were exceptional. Facilities and grounds were well taken care of and it was so lovely to sit out on the lawns in the sunshine and lovely weather. Room was beautifully decorated and well appointed as well as exceptionally clean. Food in the restaurant at dinner was exceptional and beautifully presented.
That was I was not able to stay another night and day!

Room was lovely and big. Stayed in one of the themed rooms.
Spa bit dated.
Could use some exit signs from rooms to the reception. Opened door to a large cupboard once thinking it was the exit.

Lovely setting, room size was good, enjoyed the decor and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, I spoke to staff and they did run the hoover round. I was also disappointed with the breakfast, we arrived at 08:10am all of the cooked breakfast items on the buffet were cold. But the selection of cold items looked lovely and the fruit was fresh.

The building and the interior
The grounds need some TLC .
Spa area needs work , pool freezing cold and cloudy , jacuzzi water stank of chemicals and dirty water and the surrounding deck service grate are broken and sharp plus’s a big drop entering and nearly hit my head on the surrounding ledge , plasters on the floor . Outside area from the emergency exit was a mess and needs some love .
