Flat in Rincón de la Victoría (Málaga) in first line of beach with 1 bedroom with two beds of 90 cm (which can be placed together and separately), living room with double sofa bed very comfortable (special width of mattress and Italian opening system). You can see video of the flat on You Tube by typing video piso arimar hd, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Completely refurbished and furnished (August 2018). Air conditioning with heat pump, lift, built-in wardrobe, video entrance, free WLAN. In the centre of the village, on the promenade, next to the town hall, the health centre and shops of all kinds (pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars, bus stop, taxi rank, etc.) The kitchen has all the small appliances necessary for a pleasant stay (electric coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, juicer). Kitchen utensils (pots, pans, frying pans), cutlery, crockery and glassware. Of course there is a washing machine. We leave detergents and fabric softeners for your use. In the bathroom you will find gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer and toilet paper.pets are allowed. Although we accept pets, please inform us before making your reservation: type of pet and number of pets coming.No parties or events are allowed.In the room cupboard you will find towels for sinks, bath and bidet. There is also bed linen for the beds. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided. In the living room furniture you will find bed linen and blankets for the sofa bed, board games (chess, checkers, parcheesi, cards, etc.) and spare lights for all rooms. Public car park 650 metres from the flat, managed by the Town Hall through an association for disabled people. You can take your car in and out as many times as you like during the day for 1.- euro per day.
