About this apartment rental
The property is one hundred and fifty meters from the beach. It has east orientation (morning sun).
The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two beds of 90 cm each. So it is a comfortable accommodation for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped, elevator, two bathrooms, living room and terrace.
It has all the necessary household clothes, sheets, blankets, bedspreads, towels, etc. Flat screen TV, pendrive radio, board games, cards, dominoes, checkers, chess, ludo, puzzles, strategy games and much more.
Housing enabled for people with reduced mobility, urbanization with landscaped areas for sunbathing and showers. We have a cot.

Respect for the neighbors is our primary rule, therefore parties or loud music or noise that causes inconvenience to the neighborhood are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but it is allowed on the terrace. We must respect all guests: There are guests who do not smoke and who are bothered by the smell of tobacco and may even affect their health.
Out of respect for the environment and collaborating with energy savings, we insist on the need to make good use of electrical appliances.
The house is clean, in perfect condition of use, conservation and habitability and the supplies and services that it has are in operation.
In relation to the entry / exit hours: it is flexible and always adapted to the needs of the guest. However, in case of coincidence on the same day, the guest who leaves must do so before 11.00 and the one who enters after 15.00 in order to have time to clean and condition the house.
In any case, the maximum reception time is 22:00. (Please refrain from booking our apartment if your arrival is later).

Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die jegliche Unterstützung bieten. Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist schön gelegen. Zentral in Strandnähe jedoch ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, mussten den Urlaub allerdings pandemiebedingt vorzeitig abbrechen.

Sehr gute Infrastruktur, Meer nahe, Bis nach Malaga vor der Haustüre, Shops im die Ecke. Für vier Personen eine große Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder!

Volvería una y mil veces,todo perfecto,solo k de noche en estas fechas el piso es frío, hemos tenido k poner la calefacción...estamos en diciembres.
